We&8217;ve been seeing bits and pieces of the Karl by Karl Lagerfeld collection online&8211;we even got tostyle a modelusing pieces from the collection&8211;but it finally (finally) goes on sale today at Net-a-Porter, starting at 10 a.m. Pieces range in price from $50 for a canvas tote to just over $1,000 for leather pieces.The CutandVogueUKboth got a hold of the full look book modeled by Lagerfeld muse Saskia de Brauw. It makes us want to slick back our hair and wear silver leather RIGHT NOW.
On another note, we know that Karl is relatively tech savvy and carries around multiple iPads&8211;andNet-a-Porter just tweetedthat Karl is now on Twitter.We checked it out and it seems legit. His handle is @KarlLagerfeld and he has about 1,300 followers right now. While the account isn&8217;t officially verified by Twitter, it seems to be run by PR people at this point. There are only four tweets so far, two of which are about his new line, Karl. Hopefully after this launch hype dies down a bit he&8217;ll take over and start tweeting photos of his so-adorable-I-want-to-eat-it kittenChoupette.
